A new series of low-cost educational courses will start in Krakow, Poland, on 11 May. Speakers will cover hot topics in abdominal and genitourinary radiology. Additional courses will focus on oncologic imaging (Crete, 28 June to 1 July); neuro/musculoskeletal radiology (Dubrovnik, 19-21 October); and chest/cardiovascular imaging (Prague, 16-18 November).

The registration fee is Euro 50 per course, and the number of attendees at each event will be limited to 60. The courses will form part of the Galen Project, which is named after the ancient Greek physician. It is organized by the newly formed European School of Radiology (ESOR), established by the European Society of Radiology, and the main sponsor is GE Healthcare.
