InSiteOne has joined forces with France's Digital Share and France Telecom to launch Europe's first digital healthcare archiving service. Physicians using InSiteOne's InDex digital archive service in conjunction with Digital Share's clinical portal will be able to access diagnostic images from any location. The service will be delivered over France Telecom's existing national data network. InSiteOne already provides secure online and near-line digital image storage and archiving services throughout the U.S. Using the portal, European doctors will be able to gain access instantly to all of a patient's medical records, including text, images, audio, and video, even if the records come from different medical centers and physician practices in the region.
