GE Medical Systems has received 510(k) clearance for its 3DView package for the Logiq 700 MR ultrasound scanner, which enables the system to perform 3-D imaging without a separate workstation. The package was unveiled earlier this year as part of the Milwaukee company's Voxel Image Processing upgrade for Logiq 700 MR (SCAN 5/14/97).
