Fonar's Health Management Corporation of America PPM subsidiary acquired Dynamic Health Care Management, a management service organization that oversees three physician practices on Long Island, NY. Dynamic had $6.2 million in revenues for the 12-month period ending June 1998, bringing HMCA's annualized revenue run rate to $30 million.
