The Integrated Imaging Solutions division of GE Medical Systems in Mt. Prospect, IL, has been awarded a $4 million contract to install a PACS network at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. The installation will connect two campuses and four buildings, and radiologists will read images off 27 diagnostic workstations. The installation will include three film digitizers and four computed radiography readers.
