GE Medical Systems inked a strategic alliance agreement with American Physician Partners of Dallas last month in which GEMS will provide medical imaging equipment to APPI affiliates across the U.S. The deal stipulates that Milwaukee-based GEMS will be APPIs sole provider of radiography and fluoroscopy x-ray equipment and one of two providers of CT, MRI, mammography, and other x-ray equipment.
