GoAmerica, ClinicAmerica.com form wireless alliance

GoAmerica, a provider of wireless Internet products and applications, and ClinicAmerica.com, developer of the e*Clinic2000 virtual clinic, have entered into a strategic relationship to develop and market a wireless communications product for healthcare providers in the U.S. The application will enable physicians to communicate more effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers, say the two companies. Remote access will ease management of front-office operations. The partnership will integrate GoAmerica’s Go.Web technology with e*Clinic2000, an ASP-based product that uses Java and Oracle 8i to build and integrate various tools into the system.
