Georgia Hitzke has been promoted to vice president of clinical services at Hologic. In her new position, Hitzke will be responsible for domestic and international clinical services applications for all Hologic divisions. She will interact with Hologic’s other corporate officers to set strategic direction for the company and will be heavily involved in new product development, including Hologic’s full-field digital mammography product line. She will also serve as chair of Hologic’s Advisory Committee on Women’s Health. Hitzke previously served as director of clinical services for Lorad, a Hologic subsidiary.
