Thirteen diagnostic imaging centers obtained by Cardinal Health in its purchase of Syncor have a new parent. InSight Health Services purchased the centers, more than doubling the number of such facilities it owns in Southern California. The purchase is in line with the company's acquisition strategy to target geographic areas where InSight already has a strong presence and to identify complementary assets that would augment its position in those markets.
