Robert McGee has resigned as president and CEO of asset managementfirm Serviscope of Wallingford, CT, as part of a restructuringof the company's management. The company declined to give a reasonfor the changes, although it did say that McGee will continueto work with the company as a consultant on new business and strategicdevelopment.
Former vice president of field operations Robert Cate has takenMcGee's position as president, and also adds COO to his title.The company also formed an executive management committee thatincludes Cate and four other executives.
Serviscope said the reorganization was necessary to enhancethe company's growth, which has resulted from its expansion intoasset management. Serviscope expects to post revenues of $25 millionthis year, compared with $13 million in 1995, and the firm hasa backlog of $64 million.
