Mobile C-arm company OEC Medical Systems has purchased all of the remaining equity in Barwig Medical Systems, a German C-arm manufacturer. OEC, of Salt Lake City, had purchased a 19.8% stake in Barwig in 1995 (SCAN 7/6/95).
