Leonard A. Trugman is out as CEO, president, and chair of the board at Del Global Technologies. Financial troubles led to the firing last month of the president and CFO of its Medical Systems Group (SCAN 2/14/01). Trugman “agreed to resign” his position as an officer and director, according to the company, “to pursue other opportunities.” Meanwhile the company’s board elected Samuel E. Park as acting president and CEO, Thomas V. Gilboy as CFO, and Carole Murphy as corporate controller. Roger Winston was elected chair of the board. (George Solomon also resigned from the board, although his leaving is “unrelated to the foregoing,” according to the company.)
