Trex Medical of Danbury, CT, last month completed its acquisition of French dental and medical imaging firm Trophy Radiologie (SCAN 1/14/98). Trex paid about $25 million in cash and assumed $10 million of Trophys debt. Trophy had annual sales of approximately $70 million in fiscal 1997 (end-August), with dental x-ray systems accounting for 60% of sales.
