An exclusive agreement between the two companies makes U.S. Medical the exclusive U.S. distributor of four TomTec ultrasound products designed for physicians in private practice. Covered by the agreement are 3D Smart-Scan workstation (ob/gyn); Echo-Com workstation (cardiology); Echo-Com Review software, which allows review and reporting of stress echo studies; and ultrasound tutorial products. The ultrasound equipment can be adapted for use with many ultrasound systems, according to the company.
