Ultrasound vendor ATL promoted several sales officers in its cardiology organization this month. The company expanded the duties of Bob Dockendorff, vice president of North American sales, to include additional responsibility for its U.S. cardiology sales unit. William Doherty, formerly vice president of Bothell, WA-based ATL’s U.S. cardiology sales, has been promoted to the post of vice president of the company’s global cardiology business development. Doherty will work with the company’s global distribution and marketing groups. Finally, ATL promoted Allan Criss to the position of vice president, U.S. cardiology sales, reporting to Dockendorff. ATL expects the moves to unify its North American sales distribution structure and increase its focus on its global cardiology business.
