Diagnosis: Leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava
Leiomyosarcoma of IVC is a rare entity with fewer than 300 cases in reported in literature.
Leimyosarcoma can cause IVC obstruction with lower limb swelling or hepatic vein obstruction (Budd-Chiari syndrome).
