The Kodak 1200 distributed medical imager, which became available in the U.S. in August (

9/99), will now be offered as a plug-and-play addition to Fremont, CA-based Cemax-Icon’s AutoRad diagnostic workstations, the two companies announced, further extending Cemax-Icon’s support of Kodak’s medical imaging products. The Kodak 1200 now links directly into the Cemax-Icon PACS, allowing users to view and print high-resolution referral images and reports from anywhere on a hospital’s network.
