Fonar executives hope to hear soon whether their filing earlier this of its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009, will bring the company into compliance with NASDAQ’s continued listing requirements. The maverick manufacturer and vendor of MR scanners expects a decision from the stock exchange shortly, according to the company.
