Niche MRI scanner vendor Magna-Lab of Hicksville, NY, will highlightimprovements in image quality for its Magna-SL niche MRI scanner,which the company began shipping this year. Magna-Lab will displaythe results of kinematic MRI studies, such as patella motion inthe knee, according to vice president John Haytaian. Magna-Labwill also show several software advances, such as finite impulseresponse (FIR), which prevents noise from entering images.
