It’s final. Prime Medical Services has acquired Calumet Coach, a provider of mobile trailers and coaches for industries, including radiology. The acquisition was made through Prime Medical’s manufacturing subsidiary, AK Associates, based in Harvey, IL. The combined company will be headquartered in Harvey and operate under the name Calumet Coach Company. Terms were not disclosed.
