VisualMed establishes Latin American subsidiary

Montreal-based VisualMed, a developer of clinical information systems and software, is creating a new company to market and distribute its products in Latin America and the Caribbean. VisualMed Internation SA will be owned by VisualMed and Conar Business International, a Panamanian venture capital firm. The new company will be headquartered in Panama.
