Alvarez finds home at 3-D firm Voxar

PACS and teleradiology industry veteran Don Alvarez has been named vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at 3-D software developer Voxar. Alvarez will be responsible for all OEM and end-user sales and marketing activities for the Edinburgh, Scotland-based company and will be setting up the firm's U.S. office in San Antonio. Alvarez has most recently served as a consultant for Lumisys of Sunnyvale, CA, and has held executive positions at EMED and its predecessors, E-Systems and Image Data (PNN 8/98).
