Dynamic Healthcare paid $550,000 to acquire all of DMI's outstandingcommon stock. Dynamic also assumed responsibility for $2.5 millionin debt and other liabilities owed by DMI. DMI posted sales of$4.5 million and a net loss of $400,000 for fiscal 1996 (end-March).
Dynamic Healthcare plans to integrate DMI's Maxifile RIS and Maxiviewimage management product with its own DynamicVision enterprise-wideelectronic health record. DMI's Minnetonka office will becomeDynamic's Radiology Technology Center.
