ATL Ultrasound of Bothell, WA, has received 510(k) clearance for Ultramark 400, a digital gray-scale ob/gyn scanner developed in collaboration with Korean ultrasound vendor Medison (SCAN 5/13/98). ATL plans to begin shipping Ultramark 400 in the third quarter, with the system carrying a list price of $30,000 to $50,000.
