Adrian Stevens will lead the European Life Imaging sales and marketing teams in Europe with direct responsibility for the European region, including Italy, Germany, U.K., Ireland, Scandinavia, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria, France, and Iberia. He will retain his responsibilities as managing director for Ferrania U.K. Ian Wilson will assume responsibility for the Life Imaging business, taking the position of business manager of the division for the U.K. and Nordic region.

ADT Partners, an international investment group, has agreed to acquire a significant stake in Ferrania. Permira Funds, formally called Schroder Ventures, will continue to hold a majority position.
