Beleagured x-ray digitization firm Fidelity Medical of Florham Park, NJ, announced that it hasfiled its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commissionstating its 1994 results. Fidelity had postponed filing the formdue to doubts about the company's future (SCAN 2/1/95). Fidelity'sresults closely matched expectations, with annual net revenuesof $3.5 million and a net loss of $1.9 million. Fidelity saidit is exploring options to sustain continued operations and isnegotiating with an investment bank for a private stock placement.It is also examining a potential acquisition.
