The Instituto Mexicano de Seguro Social, a healthcare agency of the Mexican government, has awarded GE Medical Systems the largest mammography equipment order in its corporate history. The $23 million contract calls for the installation and service of 80 new systems-some conventional, others digital. All will be installed by the end of this year.
