MedSpecialists, a provider of medical specialty information-management solutions, has agreed to market the Samba Telemedicine System, a product developed by Ampersand Medical. The system is designed to provide efficient Internet access to a range of clinical information, including medical images and data from services such as pathology, dermatology, hematology, microbiology, and radiology. Under terms of the agreement, MedSpecialists will market Samba Technologies’ image-management and communications applications as part of the company’s specialty-specific clinical offerings.
