Imaging services firm Medical Resources has signed an agreement

to buy two imaging centers in New York, a deal that will add to

the Hackensack, NJ, company's concentration of 14 imaging facilities

in the New York/New Jersey market. The transaction, which is expected

to close this month, will bring to 38 the total number of centers

owned by the company.
