The Hackensack, NJ, company paid $9.25 million in cash and notes convertible into Medical Resources common stock, plus the assumption of debt. The annual revenues of the facilities are about $5.3 million. The centers are located on the west coast of Florida, and will add to the company's growing presence in the state.
