Medical Resources buys four centers
Imaging center chain Medical Resources last month added to its expanding chain four more centers in Florida. The Hackensack, NJ, company paid $9.25 million in cash and notes convertible into Medical Resources common stock, plus the assumption of debt.

Imaging center chain Medical Resources last month added to its expanding chain four more centers in Florida. The Hackensack, NJ, company paid $9.25 million in cash and notes convertible into Medical Resources common stock, plus the assumption of debt. The annual revenues of the facilities are about $5.3 million. The centers are located on the west coast of Florida, and will add to the company's growing presence in the state.
