Imaging services provider Medical Resources this month announced the resignation of its president and CEO, Duane Montopoli, effective immediately. Montopoli will continue as a director of the Hackensack, NJ-based Medical Resources, and will provide consulting services. The company named Christopher Joyce and Geoffrey Whynot as co-CEOs. Joyce and Whynot will also continue in their respective positions of senior vice president, legal affairs and administration, and senior vice president, finance and CFO.
