National Healthcare Distributors (NHD) has signed two contracts with Eastman Kodak’s Health Imaging division of Rochester, NY. The contracts allow NHD’s authorized Kodak distribution outlets to sell DryView laser imaging systems, and names Kodak as NHD’s primary source for x-ray processing chemicals. The processing chemical product will carry both Kodak’s and NHD’s logos.

Cleveland-based NHD is a group of large imaging distributors consisting of 24 members (SCAN 2/4/98). This group was formed to solicit some of the emerging national accounts business from large healthcare customers, and operates 67 distribution centers in 43 states. NHD provides service to one-third of U.S. hospitals.
