With the acquisition of certain assets of imaging equipment distributor and service provider RP Kincheloe of Dallas, Philips Medical North American Sales and Service has begun direct sales and customer support activity in Texas and Oklahoma. The acquisition follows a decades-long collaboration with Kincheloe. The transition to a direct sales and service capability in Texas and Oklahoma is part of an ongoing company reorganization at Philips to improve efficiencies in service, according to the company. The direct sales organization is designed to provide added flexibility.
