Picker and AT&T Capital to join forces

Picker International and AT&T Capital have signed a letterof intent to become equal equity partners in Picker FinancialGroup, the Cleveland vendor's equipment financing division formedin 1992 as a joint venture between Picker and Leasing Dynamicsof Cleveland (SCAN 6/3/92). Under the terms of last week's agreement,AT&T's leasing services unit in Framingham, MA, would purchaseLDI's 50% stake in PFG.
