AmeriNet has signed a three-year sole-source agreement with R2 Technology, clearing the way for AmeriNet members to purchase R2's ImageChecker, a CAD system designed for mammography screening. In an effort to expand its reach globally, R2 has also cut a three-year distribution agreement with Myung Sung Medical of Seoul, Korea. The agreement provides Myung Sung Medical, one of Korea's leading importers of medical equipment, exclusive distribution rights to the ImageChecker System in Korea.
