Raytel Medical of San Mateo, CA, and U.S. Diagnostic of West PalmBeach, FL, have settled a dispute over ownership of an Orlandoimaging center that resulted from USDL's acquisition of MedicalImaging Centers of America last year (SCAN 11/20/96). In exchangefor an undisclosed cash payment, Raytel transferred its 51% interestin Orlando Diagnostic Center to MICA, now a USDL subsidiary. Litigationbetween the parties was also dropped.
