Clinical History : A 51-year-old diabetic male presented with leg pain after walking for about 200 to 300 meters; Referred for CT angiography, runoff for the lower limbs after he was investigated with lower limbs Doppler. Doppler found no stenosis in both lower limbs. Whole abdomen and lower limbs CT angiography shows total occlusion of the aorta just below the origins of the renal arteries down to the beginning of the common femoral arteries on both sides; The common, external, and internal iliac arteries are also occluded.
