The system, the first of Siemens' new breed of cardiac cath products to be installed at a clinical site in the U.S., is part of a five-year strategic alliance between the German company and the hospital. Renovations include the creation of a new prep room, designed to increase patient comfort by allowing patients to arrive the morning of their catheterization procedure and wait with their families.
