Medical imaging distributors Diagnostic Imaging and Health Care Products are now one--SourceOne. Platinum Equity created SourceOne Healthcare Technologies after the investment firm acquired the two distributors late last year (SCAN 11/27/02). The company announced Jan. 15 that the two organizations had been merged and their sales forces reorganized into two distinct segments with specific foci, one exclusively on capital equipment and the other on traditional consumable products. Ron Cronin, vice president of sales for consumable products, and Dennis Runyan, vice president of sales for imaging equipment, will manage the two areas.
