The company is combining its radiographic consumables and medical imaging equipment sales forces to provide customers with a single point of access to the company's products and services. The SourceOne portfolio includes more than 25 equipment lines and 25,000 consumables and other supplies used in medical imaging.
The new sales structure will provide dedicated account executives to manage all aspects of individual accounts. SourceOne is also providing formalized teams of technical and product specialists in areas such as women's health and image networking/PACS who can be brought in to help facilitate clinical solutions planning, applications training, installation, and service. The company's Customer Care Team, based in Mentor, OH, provides another layer of support, addressing national accounts and region-specific needs, as well as tracking account activity.
