HealthCare Integrated Services has sold its 51% partnership interest in Wayne Imaging Associates, which owns an MRI facility in Wayne, NJ. Buyers were the company's partners-the radiologists who provide medical services at the facility. The cash portion of the purchase price, $1.25 million, will be paid in installments set to be completed by June 2001. Additional payments may be required under certain specified conditions.
