Swissray's conventional x-ray program got a boost last month when
the Hitzkirch, Switzerland, company expanded its OEM relationship
with Philips Medical Systems (SCAN 7/17/96). Swissray will manufacture
components for Philips conventional x-ray systems on an exclusive
basis, the companies said. Philips will continue to manufacture
some x-ray systems, however, such as the Bucky Diagnost TH and
TC products, which were introduced last year.
