Syncor closes NDS, TME purchases
Syncor International has completed its acquisition of the medical imaging businesses of National Diagnostic Services and TME, two of three imaging center chains the company said it plans to buy (SCAN 2/4/98). The deals closed on Jan. 31 and Jan.

Syncor International has completed its acquisition of the medical imaging businesses of National Diagnostic Services and TME, two of three imaging center chains the company said it plans to buy (SCAN 2/4/98). The deals closed on Jan. 31 and Jan. 29, respectively. The purchase of the third chain, International Magnetic Imaging, is expected to close by the end of March, according to the Woodland Hills, CA-based radiopharmacy firm.
