Syncor will be the exclusive distributor of FDG (fluorodeoxyglucose) to AmeriNet’s participating providers. The FDG agreement is an amendment to the companies’ existing radiopharmaceutical contract, which has been in place since 1997 and is in effect through 2002. Syncor has also signed a multiyear group purchasing agreement with InSource Health Services, a subsidiary of MedAssets.
