Eric Fox has been tapped as the director of sales support, full-line sales, at Toshiba America Medical Systems. Fox will concentrate on managing the department’s overall financial operations, as well as optimizing the quality of TAMS’ sales training program. He will have business and financial responsibilities and will take the lead in designing and implementing sales tools and processes. Fox will also direct continuing development of TAMS’s high-speed data management software system, which serves as the backbone of Toshiba’s 24-hour customer service support center. Before joining Toshiba, Fox was vice president, domestic sales, for I-Flow Corp. Prior to that, he spent 18 years with B. Braun McGaw, formerly a division of American Hospital Supply.
