Toshiba America Medical Systems has named Frederick Wagner head of its Connectivity Systems Group. A Toshiba employee since 1990, Wagner replaces Andrew MacLean, who had been serving as acting head of the group following the departure of Leslie Ferrini to archiving firm StorageTek in mid-1998. Wagner most recently held the post of senior product manager for cardiology systems for the Tustin, CA-based company. MacLean remains in the group as product manager and will report to Wagner.
