James King has joined Alliance Imaging as regional vice president. From his base in Dallas, King will manage sales and operations of diagnostic imaging services in the company's western region, which includes Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. King served as group vice president-regional director of operations at HealthSouth, where he was responsible for 143 facilities in five states.
