In an effort to boost sales of Optison, Amersham Health has begun a new promotional campaign and is focusing on educational efforts aimed at expanding awareness and use of the echocardiography agent. The new campaign follows on the heels Mallinckrodt's recent decision to terminate comarketing rights with Amersham regarding Optison.
