Under the terms of an agreement announced last September, Cerner has acquired all outstanding common shares of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, gaining Dynamic's client base of more than 600 healthcare organizations. For each share of Dynamic common stock, investors received 0.0548 shares of Cerner stock. Cerner also redeemed all outstanding Dynamic preferred stock for approximately $2.2 million in cash. Cerner DHT, as the company is now called, will continue to support its pathology, laboratory, and radiology products.
