GE Centricity upgrade promises workflow boost

Centricity PACS Version 3.0.6 debuted at the GE Healthcare booth of RSNA 2008 offering enhancements aimed at improving collaboration between radiologists and referring physicians.

Centricity PACS Version 3.0.6 debuted at the GE Healthcare booth of RSNA 2008 offering enhancements aimed at improving collaboration between radiologists and referring physicians. A new web-based diagnostic viewer, Web DX, allows users to quickly access clinical tools such as advanced visualization from virtually any location, tools often found only on a dedicated workstation. Enhancements in the latest Centricity version also bring comprehensive, detailed patient history into a single patient folder.
